If you want to return a product because you have changed your mind...
Send it back to us within 21 days and we will pay the cost of postage. If you want to send a product back:
Call customer services on 01723 336322 or email us at email@example.com . Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address. Please also let us know why you want to return the product.
You can also write to us at: Workshop No.2, Farfield, Main Road, Wykeham, Scarborough, YO13 9QB giving the same information. We will then arrange collection or explain how to send the product back.
What you can't return because you have changed your mind...
If we have customised a product for you by the addition of text or graphics or have made products that are made in a non-standard size, colour or surface finish then we can't accept them back simply because you have changed your mind.
Sometimes we may reduce your refund when you have changed your mind; this is why...
We may reduce your refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.
The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer. For example, if we offer delivery of a product within 3-5 days at one cost but you choose to have the product delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.

If you want to return a product because it is faulty you must either return them in person to where you bought them, post them back to us or (if they are not suitable for posting) allow us to collect them from you. We will pay the costs of postage or collection.
How to pack returns
Firstly it's important that you keep all packaging until you are sure you wish to keep your items. Should you wish to return an item to us please repack it with care using all the original packaging or a suitable alternative. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach us please ensure you package your return carefully to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. If you don't have the original packaging we suggest that:
- You wrap the product in polythene or paper (not newspaper).
- Place it in a strong cardboard box that is around 50mm bigger in each direction than the product.
- Fill the space all around the product with crumpled paper, bubble wrap or packing granules.
- Seal the box with parcel tape.
- Write "To" our name and address on the box and also write "From" your name and address.
