Please read our Terms & Conditions before you order as these define our contract with you.

The information below is a summary of some parts of the Terms and Conditions.

Mainland United Kingdom

To simplify your ordering process for mainland UK destinations we now offer free delivery on all items.  Depending on the type of product and the size of the order we may ship by 24 hour or 48 hour carrier.  For large orders we may ship by pallet but will always ensure that the pallet is delivered on a vehicle that will be able to unload the pallet at the delivery address.

Please note that orders for multiple parts or kits of parts may be shipped in a number of separate packages to reduce the weight of individual packages, please check that you have received all the items in your order.

You are also able to collect your purchases from our site at Wykeham near Scarborough and enjoy the great coastal and moorland scenery! We are open for collection from 9:30am to 4:30pm weekdays. Please ring us on 01723 336322 to check availability before calling in.

United Kingdom Islands and the Rest Of The World

To obtain costs for delivery within the UK but beyond the UK mainland you will need to follow this process:

  1. Follow the on-line purchasing process on this website but at 'Payment Method' select “Reserve” instead of “Purchase”.
  2. We will then remove your goods from sale for 5 days while we obtain a delivery cost and lead time. 
  3. We advise you of the cost and, if acceptable, you log in and complete the order on line.

Bulk and containerised shipping is also possible, please contact us to discuss your particular requirements.

Products outside the UK

Our products are not normally available for delivery to addresses outside the UK.  If you do live outside the UK and would particularly like to purchase our products do contact us as we may be able to make special arrangements.

When we will deliver

Please note that a lot of our items are made to order and the time needed to make them is shown on indvidual product pages.  Standard or Priority delivery times are in addition to the product made to order times.
Stock items are normally despatched the same day as they are ordered providing the order is placed before 1pm.

Part Shipment of An Order

If only part of your order is in stock we will contact you to discuss availability and whether you would like us to ship the items that are available. If the order is split then you will only pay for delivery once.

Items damaged in transit

We pack our products very carefully to eliminate damage in delivery but unfortunately damage can occur so please check all goods carefully when they arrive.  If anything should be damaged please contact us within 7 working days and we will sort the problem out. It is always helpful if you are able to send us pictures of the damage by email to: as soon as possible. 

Important: If you sign for an item on delivery it will taken that the order has been delivered in good condition.
